Dear Toastmasters,
Gurgaon Toastmasters club has a half yearly executive committee term and time has come to select new set of leadership team for the club. The purpose of this change is to take the club to new heights and help club members in developing thier communciation and leadership skills.
As per the TMI guidelines, a Nominating Committee board has to be set up to propose names and thereby select them for various positions within the Executive Committee. The members of the nominating committee panel are:

- TP Purohit – Member (tppurohit@hotmail.com)
- Vinay Shukla – Member (vinaysh@rediffmail.com)
Any member (in good standing) who is willing to serve for any of the following EC positions (Term: January 01, 2013– June 30, 2013), may connect with the Nominating Committee Chair Person Ms. Sangeeta S Bahl.
- President
- Vice President – Education
- Vice President – Membership
- Vice President – Public Relations
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Sergeant at Arms
Last Date to send your nomination is 15 December 2012. Also, you can send the support nominations for any of the GTMC member for the afore mentioned roles with his/her consent.
Note - Make sure you mark your nominations ONLY to all panel members (Ms. Sangeeta S. Bahl, Mr. TP Purohit and Mr. Vinay Shukla at above given email ids) and NOT to the GTMC group.
In case, more than one nomination for a position, election will be conducted among the members present at the GTMC Club meeting to be held on December 23, 2012 at 12:30 Noon.
Result of the election, if any will be announced by December 25, 2012.
