General Bikram Singh (Indian Army)
The new General of the Indian Army (2nd largest in the world), General Bikram Singh was selected to attend the US Army War College, Pennsylvania as a Brigadier, where besides excelling in academics, he also won the International Toastmaster's award in Public Speaking back in the 1990's
